The DIVERS@SEA Adaptive SCUBA Diving Program is taught using a combination of the programs and techniques of PADI (The World's Largest Diver Training Organization) and the Handicapped SCUBA Association (The industries' leading authority on handicapped SCUBA Diving instruction).
"Either from accident or disease about 15% of the population is statistically classified as "Handicapped". In the United States alone this percentage translates into millions of people many of whom are fully capable of becoming SCUBA Divers." Quote from HSA International.
